Indian Spring is a 55 and over community in Boynton Beach, FL  situated on 800 pristine acres of golf greens, waterways, and tropical landscapes.  There are 24 micro-communities with a total of 1,917 units within Indian Spring.  There are a wide array of property types available, ranging from affordable two-bedroom condos to well-appointed estate homes.  No matter what section of Indian Spring you find yourself in, you will be surrounded by breathtaking scenery on these well-kept grounds.  Many homes boast views of expansive brilliant green golf courses situated along mature palms and fragrant tropical flowers at every turn.

Residents enjoy peace of mind with a manned security gate and a roving 24-hour security patrol.  The Indian Spring Master Association provides cable, security, and trash removal.  The sub-associations offer additional services.  Pet restrictions vary throughout Indian Spring.  Most sections allow two pets with a weight limit between 20 and 45 pounds.  The Estates, Stonybrook, and Laurelwood allow large dogs.  While Fairway Park is a pet-free community.

Most Indian Spring micro-communities offer a clubhouse and swimming pool.  With the exception of the Laurelwood section, which requires a one-year country club membership in order to purchase in the community, residents are not required to join the private country club.  Affordable golf and social memberships are available.  The Indian Spring Country Club boasts two 18-hole championship golf courses, 26 Har-Tru tennis courts, and a 52,000-square-foot clubhouse complete with a heated Olympic-size community pool, a fitness center with an aerobics studio, a game room with billiards, a spa offering massages and facials, fine and casual dining options, and special events such as dinner dances and cocktail hours.

Indian Spring is located off Woolbright Rd between Military Trial and Jog Rd.  (MAP) Indian Spring offers proximity to all the best that Boynton Beach has to offer.  The pristine beach is just 6 miles from the Indian Spring Country Club, allowing residents to reach the warm Atlantic waters in 15 minutes.  With Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge, Wakodahatchee Wetlands, Green Cay Nature Center and Wetlands, and Caloosa Park nearby, nature lovers have endless hiking opportunities, diverse wildlife, and the Great Florida Birding Trail at their disposal. Indian Spring residents also enjoy convenience with easy access to grocery stores, farmers' markets, shopping malls, major freeways, and hospitals.  There are plenty of diverse dining options in Boynton Beach from authentic Indian cuisine to waterfront seafood restaurants.  This prime location makes it a breeze to zip over to the thriving art scene in Lake Worth, the bustling nightlife in Downtown Delray, and the shopping and fine dining mecca of Boca Raton.
