Brookside at Indian Spring is a gated 55 and over community of 80 single-family homes. These single-story homes offer a traditional architectural design that is accented by stylish archways and barrel tile roofs. The floorplans feature three bedrooms, two baths, a spacious living area, a two-car garage, and an enclosed lanai.
