Timberlane is an all-age community of 84 quad villas built between 1989 and 1992.  Each unit offers 1,365 to 1,605 total square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fenced-in courtyard-style patio.  Select units offer a one-car garage and a few units feature private swimming pools. The HOA allows two pets per household and annual leases are permitted.   Timberlane offers a community pool, cabana, and jogging paths situated on well-manicured grounds with sparkling lake views.  Centrally located in Greenacres off Jog Rd, just south of Melaleuca Ln near City Hall.
