Pine Ridge South

Pine Ridge South is a 55+ community comprised of 1,392 condo units.  There are four villages in the community that each are governed by their own association.  Each section offers a swimming pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and bocce ball.  Some sections offer additional amenities such as tennis courts, fitness trails, aerobics classes, and social clubs.  Pets are not allowed in any section of the community. Most villages have a waiting period of one to three years from the date of purchase before owners can lease their unit.  These active communities are comprised of one to two-bedroom condos with a screen-enclosed patio.  There are a series of lakes throughout the tropically landscaped grounds that provide tranquil water views from select units.  Centrally located in Greenacres near Greenacres City Hall.
