Lucerne Park Condos

Lucerne Park Condos, aka Park Pointe, is a large 55 and over condominium community located in the Greenacres.  Most units offer two to three bedrooms, a private entrance, a screen-enclosed balcony or patio, and a washer/dryer inside the unit. Select units offer a garage and a tranquil lake view.  Each section is managed by a micro-association with its own set of rules and regulations.  One pet up to 25 pounds is allowed in most sections.  Leasing is usually permitted, but certain sections require an owner to wait one to two years after purchasing before they can rent their unit out.  Park Point / Lucerne Park Condos is an active adult community with a clubhouse, fitness center, library, billiards, a community pool, sauna, tennis, and shuffleboard. Located just west of Jog Rd off of 10th Ave N near the Palm Beach National Golf Course.
