Lake Worth Hills is a Greenacres neighborhood with no HOA.  This community of 224 single-family homes was constructed between 1959 and 1981 with Ranch, Mid-Century Modern, and Contemporary architectural designs.  Most homes are situated on lots ranging from 6,000 to 9,000 square feet with fenced-in yards and lush tropical landscaping.  Despite these large lots, swimming pools are rare in the neighborhood.  Most residences offer long driveways, but the vast majority don't offer a carport or garage.  Located off of Lake Worth Rd, just a 15-minute drive to Downtown Lake Worth with bustling nightlife, a diverse array of dining options, and a thriving art scene.
