Hammocks is a micro-community of 57 single-family homes in River Bridge, a resort-style community in Greenacres FL.  This neighborhood was developed between 1990 and 1993 with contemporary, traditional, and ranch architectural designs.  These open floorplans offer 1,900 to 3,051 total square feet, two to four bedrooms, and a two-car garage.  Private pools are rare in the neighborhood and a little less than half of the lots are waterfront.  This HOA community is an all-age, gated community that allows two pets per household.  River Bridge boasts first-class amenities including a clubhouse with a social director, a fully-equipped fitness center, exercise and art classes, a 300 seat theater, heated community pools, spa, tennis courts, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, ping pong, billiards, and playgrounds.  Residents also enjoy proximity to Okeeheelee Park with an equestrian center, boat launching ramp, water skiing, kayaking, fishing, golf course, disc golf, tennis, volleyball, dog park, and walking paths.
