Gately

Gately is a 55+ community within the Cresthaven neighborhood, located near the southern border of West Palm Beach. It is made up of single-story attached villas, with anywhere from 3 to 6 units per building. Constructed in the early 80s, there are 134 units which range from 784 to 1,324 square feet. Units feature sidewalks, 2 assigned parking spaces, 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and most units feature laundry appliances, extra storage, and spacious Florida Rooms. The community is managed by Cresthaven Condominium Townhomes Section 5, INC., which maintains Gately's clean appearance, provides building maintenance and cable, and a clubhouse complete with fitness center, pool, tennis, horseshoes, billiards, and more. The Association prohibits pets, motorcycles, most vans/trucks, and other vehicles (see below). Gately is near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems, and Palm Beach International Airport. Residents have access to a broad range of entertainment options between the upscale West Palm Beach, and the more relaxed and artistic Downtown Lake Worth.
