Cresthaven

Cresthaven is a large 55+ community located near the southern border of West Palm Beach. Constructed from 1967 to 1998, it is made up of 3,153 homes in total. The community is divided into 8 different named sections, each with its own master association and unique series of regulations and amenities. For the most part, buildings are single-story, multi-unit villas with assigned parking, and screened patios or Florida Rooms. Arbours of the Palm Beaches does offer units with attached garages and some two-story attached townhomes. Common amenities are central clubhouses, pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, sidewalks, and more.
