Beach Shore Apartments is a small 55+ hidden gem in eastern Fort Lauderdale. It is a quaint co-op of 28 condos, nestled among green park spaces, the Intercoastal Waterway, and the ocean. Constructed in the mid-50s, most units have been updated to meet modern standards, and surround a sparkling heated community pool. Buildings utilize outdoor entryways, and offer common laundry facilities. Units are approximately 750sqft, with 1 or 2 bedroom floorplans available. The community is managed by Beach Shore Apartments, Inc. which provides maintenance, assigned parking for one vehicle, and access to its common pool and picnic area. Dues are approximately $350 per month, and include contribution to community reserves. The association does not allow pets or non-passenger vehicles, and does not allow leasing during the first 24 months of ownership.
