Huntington Towers is a gated 55+ community located within the Villages of Oriole in western Delray Beach. Constructed in 1989, it is comprised of 3 connected, 8-story condo buildings. The building contain elevators, and there are 168 homes in total. Units feature 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and are 1,815 sqft. Additional features include eat-in kitchens, dual bathroom sinks, combo tub/showers, in-unit laundry, and large glass porches. The building is managed by Huntington Towers Association, Inc., which provides covered parking for two vehicles, security, and allows small pets (with approval). Leasing is not permitted during the first two years of ownership. Dues also include a full membership to the nearby Huntington Lakes club and all of its amenities. All communities within the Village of Oriole offer public bus stops, and a free shuttle service. It is also near the Florida Turnpike, I-95, and the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems. A few miles to the east, the exciting South Florida lifestyle is alive and well in Downtown Delray.
