Tropical Heights

1954-1958 Tropical Heights is a non-HOA all-age community located in central Lake Worth Beach FL.  The neighborhood features 75 single family homes, each with 3-4 bedrooms, 1-3 baths, with total square footage ranging between 972 and 3,696.  Slightly west of the community is over 700 acres of recreational land and Lake Osbourne found at John Prince Park.  The park is huge and has so many options of fun things today, including 4.5 miles of trails, picnic pavilions, volleyball & basketball courts, an exercise course, fishing, softball fields, and more.  Additionally, the community is conveniently located around a mile to  I-95 and the Tri-Rail station, and only 3 miles to the beach.  This is a terrific area for first-time homebuyers, families, and investors as there are few restrictions.
