Sunrise Lakes Phase IV is a large portion of Sunrise Lakes, a sprawling series of 55+ communities across Sunrise. It is situated near pristine nature preserves, outdoor recreation, and premier outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mills. Constructed throughout the 80s and 90s, it is made up of over 2,500 condos across dozens of 3 to 6-story buildings. The buildings are tastefully arranged among a series of waterways, and the community golf course. Unique condo features include 3 bedroom floorplans, and this is the only phase within Sunrise Lakes that has in-unit laundry. They typically have tile throughout, and boast large screened patios. The community is managed by Sunrise Lakes Phase IV Condominium via Campbell Property Management. The community is pet-free, and leasing is prohibited.
