South Palm Park
South Palm Park is a waterfront neighborhood comprised of around single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, and apartment buildings. There is a blend of architectural designs in the neighborhood including, but not limited to, Key West, Rustic, Mid-Century Modern, Traditional, Mediterranean, Spanish, Contemporary, and Ranch. There are affordable historic homes offering less than 1,000 square feet as well as waterfront estate homes offering over 6,000 square feet that were constructed in the last few years.
South Palm Park neighborhood was the first to join the Lake Worth Neighborhood Association President's Council, which was incorporated in 1963. Membership to the neighborhood association is voluntary and is only $10 annually for an individual or $20 for a general family membership. Residents enjoy a strong sense of community with a number of events throughout the year including the neighborhood yard sale and the holiday lights celebration. Located in East Lake Worth from 5th Ave South to 18th Ave South between Federal Highway and the Lake Worth Lagoon. Great location that is walkable to culture rich downtown with a wide array of art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Just a short bike ride to the beach!
