Somerset Condo is a large, active 55+ community in Lauderdale Lakes, a small town situated northwest of Fort Lauderdale. With easy access to shopping, entertainment, outdoor recreation, houses of worship, and health care, it is an excellent and affordable chance to live under 10 miles from the beach. Constructed in the early 70s, it is made up of 16 buildings, housing 576 condos in total.
