Park City Estates

Park City Estates is a large mobile home community located in Davie, approximately 10 miles west of Fort Lauderdale International Airport. All of its nearly 1,200 homes are designated for 55+ residents. Construction began in the mid-50s, and continues to this day. There are a broad range of homes available, ranging from 401 to 3,113sqft, and 1 to 4 bedrooms. Almost all units feature attached carport parking, additional driveway space, and some form of outdoor seating. The community is managed by Park City Management Corp., which aims to keep association dues low by keeping their services streamlined. Residents are provided trash removal, and access to the community clubhouse, pool, and shuffleboard courts for approximately $110 per month. The association allows 2 pets with a combined weight of 40lbs. Leasing is permitted after one year of ownership, with a minimum lease term of 3 months. The community is relaxed when it comes to vehicle restrictions, but please note that all vehicles (including recreational vehicles) must be properly registered and receive board approval. Park City Estates is situated near premier outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mills, and wide open green space/recreation at Markham Park & Target Range.
