Osborne

Osborne is a small mixed-use planned development that is in an opportunity zone.  There is a blend of single-family homes, multi-family residences, commercial properties (mostly small businesses), houses of worship, and undeveloped lots.  Single-family homes in the neighborhood were built between 1924 to 2008 with a variety of design types and construction materials.  Homes range in size between 464 to 2,468 square feet.  Located in East Lake Worth, just a short bike ride to the beach. Find Osborne neighborhood north of Lantana Rd, east of I-95, south of 6th Ave, and a slight west from US-1. (MAP)
