Muirfield Village is a neighborhood within the all-age, gated, HOA golf course community Western Trails in Lake Worth, FL.  The primary community hosts over 1,800 mixed-designed single-family homes woven throughout rolling greens and Florida waterways of the world-class 18 hole Joe Lee-designed course at Winston Trail Golf Club.  1998 & 1999 concrete block constructed s-tile roofed ranch and double garaged two story homes feature 2-4 bedrooms, 1-3 bathrooms, with total square footage ranging from 2,138 to 3,635.  Low HOA dues cover a great many conveniences from top-notch security, staffed gate, and patrol, to community management on-site, to world-class amenities like eight tennis courts, a playground and walking path, an Olympic-sized temperature-controlled pool, to a spacious clubhouse for events and socializing, plus more.  The location is terrific, a short drive to commuter connectors like I-95, the Tri-rail, and the Turnpike.  Additionally, there are innumerous things to do close by, like snorkeling and a fun day in the sun at Lantana Municipal Beach, with snacks and drinks at a locally owned, waterfront restaurant Dune Deck Cafe.
