Meridian Park

Meridian Park is an active 55+ community in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, among upscale South Florida excitement, quality health care, and ease of transportation. Constructed in the late 60s, it is made up of 169 condo units. Buyers can choose between single-story attached villas or two-story multi-unit buildings. Buildings feature outdoor walkways but no elevators. Units range from 648 to 1,424 sqft, and feature 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and spacious screened patios with in-unit laundry closets. The condos are managed by Meridian Homeowners Association, Inc., which aims to cultivate an active community via numerous specialty clubs and events hosted in its clubhouse area, which also features a large pool and shuffleboard courts. Meridian Park does not allow pets, motorcycles, or trucks, and puts a 2 vehicle limit on each unit. See below for a full list of restrictions. Palm Beach Gardens is noted for prioritizing green space and offers countless hubs for hiking, bird watching, and fishing (Grassy Waters Preserve, Winding Waters Natural Area). A few miles to the east are the full range of shopping, dining, and entertainment that the Palm Beaches have to offer. Residents are also near easy commuting on I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
