About Lake Worth Town
Lake Worth Town is a large neighborhood with no HOA located in East Lake Worth between I-95 and the Intracoastal off of Lake Ave. The neighborhood contains 3,416 single family homes, 1,270 multi-family homes, 41 apartment buildings, 142 storefronts, an assortment of commercial spaces, and houses of worship. There is very diverse architecture in the neighborhood with tiny wood-framed homes under 400 square feet built in the 1920s to luxury modern Mediterranean homes with over 9,000 square feet. Lake Worth Town is in a prime location near downtown with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Just a short bike ride or stroll to the beach.
