Carriage Hills is a large gated community in western Hollywood that is designated for 55+ residents. It offers ease of access to thrilling entertainment hubs (Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Gulfstream Park, and The Big Easy Casino), major commuter routes and airports, and is only 8 miles away from the beach. Once through the gates, you will find a mix of 2 & 3 story condo buildings and single-story attached villas (also zoned as condos), all surrounding a large community lake. Condo buildings come equipped with shared laundry facilities, outdoor entryways, and screened balconies in each unit. Villas feature a more modern style, with high vaulted ceilings, open floorplans, and private courtyards or screened patios. The community is managed by Carriage Hills Condominium, Inc., which provides security, cable, parking, maintenance, and an impressive set of amenities. Most activity can be found at the main clubhouse, complete with a ballroom/stage, multiple rec rooms, fitness center, tennis courts, and a sparkling resort-style pool.
