It offers ease of access to thrilling entertainment hubs (Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Gulfstream Park, and The Big Easy Casino), major commuter routes and airports, and is only 8 miles away from the beach. Once through the gates, you will find a mix of 2 & 3 story condo buildings and single-story attached villas (also zoned as condos), all surrounding a large community lake.
