Boca Teeca 2 is a 55 and over community of 84 condominiums.   Units range from 800 to 1,000 square feet with one to two bedrooms.  While the community was constructed in 1969, many units have been updated with modern kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring.  There is a common laundry room, but owners may install a washer/dryer inside the unit with proper permits and association approval.  Boca Teeca offers tropically landscaped grounds with lots of green space, a community pool, elevators, extra storage, assigned parking, and biking/jogging paths.  The association does not allow animals.  Leasing is permitted after the first year of ownership one per year for a minimum term of 90 days.  Great East Boca Raton location near Downtown Boca Raton and the beach.
