Ashley Villas is a 1983 all-age micro-community in Lake Worth Beach.  The neighborhood is quaint with 20 Florida villa styled townhomes all located on Royal Banyan Way.  Charming homes hold 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with total square footage running from 900 to 1,014.  Many villas have been updated and gracefully cared for.  The community is located in the Lake Worth Corridor, just south of Lake Worth Road, and east of Military Trail.  It is under 5 miles to the beach, only a few miles to Downtown Lake Worth Dining, and Downtown Lake Worth Art.  Right around the corner find authentic Mexican food at Tacos Al Carbon.  The location is terrific for transportation, less than 5 miles to the Florida Turnpike, I-95, and the Tri-rail.
