High Point of Delray Community
High Point of Delray is a large, non-gated 55+ community made up of single-story attached quadplex villas. Each villa contains two 1 bedroom units, and two 2 bedroom units. Constructed throughout the 70s, there are 1,992 units across 498 villas in total. Units range from 912 to 1,145sqft, and feature spacious shared yards, roll-down storm awnings, and assigned uncovered parking. The community is divided into 7 separate sections, each with its own self-managed association. Each section also contains its own separate clubhouse, with amenities such as a heated pool, covered picnic/BBQ area, putting green, tennis/pickleball courts, and more.
