Pines of Boca Lago is a gated 55 and over community of 268 residences. While the community is governed as a condominium, there are a variety of condo units, villas, and townhouses. Homes range from 1,216 square foot condos with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to 2,930 square foot villas with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villas offer a garage or carport while condos and townhomes come with assigned parking. There is a two-car maximum per household and commercial vehicles, boats, recreational vehicles, and motorcycles are prohibited. The Association does not allow pets, aside from service animals. Situated in the beautiful grounds of the Boca Lago Country Club, Pines of Boca Lago boasts a picturesque golf course and sparkling lake views.
