Patios of Boca Barwood is a 55 and over community of 180 condominiums housed in five-story buildings with elevators. While the community was built from 1980 to 1984, many condos have been renovated with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Each unit offers 1,515 to 1,651 square feet with two bedrooms, two to two and a half bathrooms, and a screen-enclosed patio or balcony with garden and golf course views. The meticulously maintained grounds feature lots of open green space and lush tropical landscaping. This is a very active community with a clubhouse, meeting room with a kitchen, game room, billiards, tennis, a screen-enclosed swimming pool, and social clubs. The Patios of Boca Barwood Condominium Association does not allow pets, leasing, commercial vehicles, or trucks. Located in West Boca Raton near Saw Palmetto Natural Area and Helene Klein Pineland Preserve with beautiful walking trails and diverse wildlife.
