Meadowbrook is a series of 7-story condo towers located in the heart of Hallandale Beach. It provides easy access to the excitement of both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Of the dozen buildings, three of them are designated for 55+ residents. Constructed in the early 70s, there are 168 units across these three buildings. There are 1 and 2 bedroom models available, ranging from 730 to 1,092sqft. They typically feature walk-in closets, modernized floorplans, and breezy screened balconies that overlook the community gardens, clubhouse, pools, and shuffleboard courts. The buildings provide shared laundry facilities and assigned parking for 1 vehicle. Each building is managed by a separate condominium association, with comparable rules and regulations. Please note that the building are pet-free, except building F, which allows fish and quiet birds. Once leaving the neighborhood, nearby hubs such as Aventura Mall and Gulfstream Park are minutes away. Beaches are only 1.5 miles to the east, I-95 is 2.5 miles to the west, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is under 10 miles to the north.
