Longwood is a 55+ community located in Palm Beach Gardens, nestled among renowned golf courses, pristine nature preserves, and beachfront South Florida excitement. Constructed in the early 70s, it is made up of seven 2 or 3-story condo buildings. 3-Story buildings have elevators, and 2-story buildings do not. Buildings also feature outdoor walkways, common laundry facilities, and one detached carport space per unit. The community is managed by The Longwood Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, and an active set of amenities centered around the community pool, clubhouse, and tennis/shuffleboard courts. Longwood permits 1 small dog, or 2 domesticated cats, and places restrictions on non-passenger automobiles.
