Poinciana Condo is a 55 and over neighborhood thoughtfully mapped throughout Florida waterways and the Poinciana golf course in west Lake Worth. Over a dozen micro-communities create Poinciana, with around 1,500 units inside townhomes, villas, and multi-level condominium buildings, all constructed between 1974 and 1999. Each dwelling has 1-3 bedrooms, 1-2.5 baths, and 719 to 2,387 in total square footage. The community offers terrific amenities to encourage a healthy, active adult lifestyle. There is golf, tennis, shuffleboard, and an exercise room. The clubhouse is dynamic and includes a restaurant, billiards, a community room, a library, and a game room.
