Discover Lake Park Living
Lake Park is referred to as “The Jewel of the Palm Beaches.” This small town offers a unique downtown art scene, eclectic local breweries, and a host of beautiful parks. Lake Park covers 2.44 square miles between North Palm Beach and Riviera Beach. As of the 2020 Census, the population was 9,047. There is only one Lake Park 55+ Community, but there are plenty of great all-age communities to choose from. There are roughly 1,400 single-family homes in the town with diverse architectural styles including tiny Spanish-style homes built in the 1930s and Mid-Century Modern homes built in the 1950s and 60s. Lake Park has approx 800 condo units, many of which offer Lake Worth Lagoon views where picturesque sunrises break through the skyline of Singer Island. Check out Lake Park waterfront listings here.
