Valencia Grand is a new luxury active adult community in Boynton Beach.  GL Homes broke ground in March of 2022, with the first phase of homes due for completion in July of 2023.  Projected HOA dues are $604 per month, covering landscaping, security alarm monitoring, a 24-hour manned gate, common areas, and recreational facilities.  This pet-friendly community will have no weight limit for dogs, but "aggressive breeds" will not be permitted.  Motorcycles will be allowed in the community, but commercial vehicles with signage will be prohibited.
