North Hampton Court
North Hampton Court is a small 55+ community of condo buildings in southern Pompano Beach. Constructed in 1968, it is made up of one 4-story building, and two 3-story buildings, arranged in a "C"-shape around the community's lawn and amenities. It is great for buyers that wish to be near the beach, but also need convenient access to transportation and commuting. The buildings utilize exterior catwalks, elevators, and shared laundry facilities. It contains 70 units, ranging from 670 to 960sqft. They feature 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, screened porches, or Florida Rooms. Most units have been updated with open floor plans, and roll-down hurricane shutters. The association only permits small birds or fish - no dogs or cats allowed. No leasing is permitted during the first year of ownership, and only 12 month leases are available. The beach is less than 2 miles away, where residents enjoy beachfront dining and recreation at Pompano Beach Pier and downtown Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
