Lexington Club Community
Lexington Club is a gated 55+ community comprised of attached single-story duplex villas, and two-story attached coach homes. Constructed in the late 80s to early 90s, there are 434 units in total. The community is a peaceful shelter from the fast-paced excitement of South Florida – once through the gates, residents are met with long winding roads and paved walking paths, spacious green lots, and waterfront views. Units boast a classic Mediterranean style, complete with stucco finish and red ceramic roofing. Common features include attached garages, enclosed lanais and balconies, and high, vaulted ceilings. The Lexington Club Community Association, Inc. is managed by Castle Group, and provides an array of property maintenance and amenities. Amenities include a large stage in the Clubhouse which hosts live events and performances, a walking dock/path system with waterfront views, alongside a community pool, tennis courts, and more. The Association allows one small pet, and non-passenger vehicles are permitted as long as they can fit in residents’ garages (commercial vehicles excluded). Situated in western Delray Beach, Lexington Club is a stone’s throw from the Florida Turnpike, and the newly-constructed Delray Marketplace.
