Units range from 1,000 to 1,350sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry/storage, and screened balconies. The community is managed by Lakes of Carriage Hills Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, building insurance, and a range of amenities. Residents enjoy utilizing the active clubhouse, fitness room, pool, sauna, spa, and sports courts. The association does not allow pets and non-passenger vehicles (pick-up trucks and motorcycles included).
