Country Manors

Country Manors Condo is a 55+ community located in north-central Delray Beach. Constructed in the mid-70s, it is made up of 440 attached duplex villas. The community is divided into eight nearly identical sections, each with its own heated community pool. Sidewalks and streetlights make this community easy to traverse and explore. Homes are 980sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, impact glass, laundry appliances, and an attached single carport. The community is managed by Country Manors Association Inc., whose office is in the middle of the community, alongside its clubhouse which contains an additional pool, billiards, and shuffleboard courts. Country Manors is in a great location - peaceful, yet still close to the highly active Downtown Delray, I-95, and only a few miles from the beach.
