All of its 15 buildings are designated for 55+ residents. Many of them are arranged around the central community lake, which owners enjoy watching from their screened Florida Rooms. Constructed in the mid 70s, buildings range from 2 to 6 stories, with 839 condos in total. They utilize interior entryways and elevators, and provide shared laundry facilities and storage lockers on each floor. Units range from 812 to 1,185sqft, with 1 or 2 bedrooms available. Each of its buildings has its own association, which elects a representative to the master organization: Castle Gardens Executive Council. They provide an impressive set of amenities from their robust clubhouse. Unique offerings include a bowling alley and courtesy bus service, alongside traditional fare such as pools, a gym, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and more. Almost all buildings are pet-free, and non-passenger vehicles are prohibited. Please note that renting is not permitted during the first two years of ownership. To the west, you will find premier outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mills, and to the east is quirky, vibrant nightlife at Wilton Drive.
