Bent Tree Villas is a duo of 55+ communities made up of single-story attached duplex villas. Constructed in the early 80s, this walkable community contains 670 units in total, each measuring at 1,400sqft. Units feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage. Common additional features include separate dining areas, walk-in master closets, laundry appliances, and screened porches. The community is divided into two sections (East and West), each with its own managing association. Bent Tree Villas East Condominium Association, Inc. and Bent Tree Villas West Condominium Association, Inc. have similar restrictions and amenities.
