Pine Hollow Condo is an all-age complex of 40 condo units in Greenacres.  Units feature 847 to 1,320 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Common unit features include cathedral ceilings, a small dining area off of the kitchen, a master suite with sliders to the balcony or patio, and a utility closet for a washer/dryer.  The Pine Hollow Condo association allows one pet per unit for owners (renters are prohibited from having pets).  Leasing is permitted after two years of ownership with association approval and a damage deposit for common areas.  Amenities include a clubhouse, community room, and swimming pool.   Located off of S 57th Ave just south of Lake Worth Road.  Just over five miles to Downtown Lake Worth with bustling nightlife, live music venues, a thriving art scene, and a diverse array of restaurants.
