Arden
Arden is a sprawling, progressive masterplan community in Loxahatchee. Construction began in 2017, and it continues to grow into one of the premier active and social residences in northwest Palm Beach County. Once past the 24-hour manned gatehouse, homes are interspersed among over 500 acres of greenspace, 20 miles of jogging trails, playgrounds, and common gathering areas. Arden prides itself on its working community farm, which provides seasonal produce and crop share opportunities. Residents also enjoy grabbing lunch at the community lake house café, relaxing in a private cabana at one of the resort-style pools, attending a class at the fully-equipped fitness center, or spending family time at a community event or concert, and much more. In addition to amenities, the HOA provides on-site management, lawn care, and irrigation water. Loxahatchee is a rapidly-growing area of Palm Beach County. Residents have easy access to wetland nature preserves. Shopping and restaurants are in nearby Wellington (The Mall at Wellington Green), and beautiful camping opportunities are 30 minutes to the west at Lake Okeechobee. As it is a developing area, residents may need to travel a bit farther to reach local grocery stores, hardware stores, etc. However, this will change as the area continues to grow!
