Yardley

Yardley is a gated 55+ community made up of 4-story condo buildings. It is one of the 13 unique neighborhoods that make up Kings Point of Tamarac, one of the largest active adult communities in South Florida. Constructed in the early 2000s, there are 360 homes in total. Units range from 1,229 to 1,469sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry/storage, and screened outdoor seating. Monthly association fees provide cable, maintenance of common grounds, security, a heated satellite pool, shuffleboard, and access to King's Point renowned set of resort-style amenities.
