Woodland Lakes is a 55+ community located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Nestled among renowned golf, restaurants, and shopping, it is a premier location for South Florida excitement. Constructed in the late 70s, it is made up of 6 three-story condo buildings, with 120 homes in total. Buildings feature outdoor catwalks, elevators, and exterior storage closets. Units range from 1,305 to 1,519, and floorplans contain 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, impact glass, separate breakfast areas, in-unit laundry, and patios featuring sliding doors and golf course views.
