Windchime Lakes is an all-ages gated community located in the western part of Boynton Beach off Gateway Boulevard just east of Jog Road. It is also known as “The Estates”. There are 192 CBS single-family homes in this community. They were built between 1989 and 1993 by Rainbow Lakes Estates Inc. Windchime Lakes has close proximity to schools, dining, shopping, and places of worship. Homes range from 3 bedrooms 2 baths to 5 bedrooms 2.5 baths ranging from just over 1,477 sq ft to 2,763 sq ft. There is also a beautiful lake within the community.
