Waterview Lodge

Waterview Lodge is a duo of small waterfront condo buildings in southern Pompano Beach. The eastern building (NO 2) is a 55+ residence. It is conveniently located near commuting routes, health care, shopping, and is under 5 miles from the beach. The building contains 30 units across two floors, and offers a relatively affordable opportunity to live on one of Pompano's many canals. The building utilizes outdoor walkways instead of elevators. Units are 1 bed/1 bath and 550sqft, and all include outdoor seating. The community is managed by Waterview Lodge #2, Inc., which provides maintenance, parking for one vehicle, and access to the community pool, shuffleboard court, and a small common dock. The community only allows passenger vehicles to park on the premises, meaning that boats must be stored elsewhere. The Lodge is also a pet-free community. Nearby shopping and dining is available at hubs such as Pompano Citi Centre, and downtown Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
