Vizcaya

Vizcaya is a large, active 55+ community made up of detached single family homes. Constructed in the late 90s to early 2000s, homes boast a desirable Mediterranean design, and there are 504 in total. Vizcaya is gated, secure, and walkable. Homes feature attached garages, bay windows, laundry appliances, waterfront views, and screened patios or atriums. The community is divided into three equally-sized sections, each under the same POA: Vizkaya Property Owners Association, Inc. The association permits two pets, leasing, and motorcycles, all with some restrictions or board approval. They also provide lawn care, cable, and access to their range of amenities including a clubhouse with a large active ballroom, pool, picnic area, and more. Vizcaya is located in western Delray Beach, and there are community entrances on both Atlantic and Linton, which are both major roads and give residents an advantage while commuting. Residents enjoy the thrilling nightlife of South Florida, with easy access to Downtown Delray, and the newly-constructed Delray Marketplace.
