Villages of Woodlake

Villages of Woodlake is a development comprised of two 55+ villages of villas and townhomes and one all-age village of single-family homes. The neighborhood was constructed between 1982 and 1997 with Mediterranean and traditional architectural designs.  Villages of Woodlake 5, the all-age section, is a pet-friendly community that allows leasing.  The 55+ villages allow leasing after two years of ownership.  Cloisters residents are permitted to have one pet up to twenty pounds, while Manors at Wedgewood Lake households are permitted to have two pets with a combined weight of twenty-five pounds.  This well-manicured community offers a clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.  Located in Greenacres north of Lake Worth Rd and east of Jog Rd near  Okeeheelee Park with an equestrian center, dog park, a 27 hole championship golf course, disc golf, water skiing lanes, and a nature center.
