Villa Borghese is an active, secure, 55+ community located in western Delray Beach. After passing though the gatehouse, residents are greeted with an oasis of lush landscaping, miles of walking trails, and beautiful contemporary Mediterranean architecture. Constructed in the early 2000s, there are a total of 558 single family homes. Each unit features a two-car attached garage, and built-in irrigation systems. Villa Borghese Homeowners Association, Inc. oversees the community’s appearance, and aspires to create a full-service resort lifestyle for its members. They are known for their beautifully-landscaped Har-tru tennis courts and professional tennis club. After a match, residents can enjoy the resort-style pool, or socialize in the clubhouse which hosts an impressive list of specialty clubs/events. The association allows one small pet, and non-passenger vehicles must be stored in garages.
