Venetian Park Gardens is a lively 55+ community of condos in Lighthouse Point. Situated east of Federal Highway, it provides easy access to waterfront excitement, shopping, dining, golf, health care, and houses of worship. It is made up of 84 condos across six 2-story buildings, which utilize exterior entryways instead of elevators. There are shared laundry facilities on each floor, with 1 assigned parking space and storage locker provided per unit. There are 1 or 2 bedroom floorplans available, featuring a lovely large Florida room. Many units have had their kitchen wall removed to create a more modern feel.
