Valencia Isles was constructed between 1999 and 2004 by premier builder, GL Homes.  This luxury gated community contains 793 one-story single-family homes with an elegant Mediterranean design.  Valencia Isle homes range from 1,779 to 2,842 total square feet with open floorplans flooded in natural light with sliders to the patio, transom windows, and in many cases skylights. Valencia Isles is a pet-friendly community.  The HOA allows up to three pets with no weight limit for dogs.  However, "aggressive breeds" are prohibited.  While some homes do not have fenced yards, a walking path that winds through the community is ideal for dog walks.   HOA dues are $691 per month, covering landscaping, cable & internet, 24-hour security gate, alarm monitoring, common areas, and recreational facilities.   Owners are permitted to lease after 18 months of ownership.
