Constructed in the mid-2000s in a modern Mediterranean style, it is a premier option for all-inclusive resort-style living. Weston gives great access to wetland nature preserves, and world class health care at the Cleveland Clinic Florida. Once through the gates, you will find a mix of 4-story condo buildings, and attached duplex villas. Units boast fully-equipped kitchens with granite countertops, plenty of closet space, hurricane impact glass, and a private terrace (condos) or a 2-car garage (villas). The community is managed by Weston 55 Plus Master Association, Inc. via Castle Management, LLC, which provides cable/internet, and parking tags for 2 vehicles. It prides itself on its beautifully maintained grounds, and exemplary set of amenities. Unique offerings include a full-service restaurant, beauty salon/spa, on-site health clinic, and a complete fitness center with an active class schedule. There is an Olympic-sized heated pool alongside the large clubhouse. The association allows 2 pets, with a 60lb limit. 2 Annual leases are permitted, with a minimum lease term of 2 months. For commuting, I-75 is a couple miles down the road, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is under 20 miles to the east.
