Rainberry Bay and Estates

Rainberry Bay & Estates is an active, gated 55+ community located in northern Delray Beach. Constructed throughout the late 70s and 80s, there are a broad range of home styles to choose from: two types of single family homes (ranch and Mediterranean estate), two-story townhouse buildings, or single-story attached villas. There are 901 homes in total. The estate section is on the northern side of the community, and features a separate entrance, cul de sacs, larger lots, and more yard space. All single family homes feature attached garages, whereas multi-unit buildings have assigned parking spaces, and shared outdoor courtyard space. Rainberry Bay Master Association, Inc. oversees the neighborhood's appearance, provides security, and aims to build a community culture that stands out. Residents refer to themselves as Rainberrians, and the association offers a campus called Rainberry U, which teaches a number of special-interest classes. They also feature 5 heated pools, an active theater, clubhouse, and more. The association allows two small pets, and non-passenger vehicles are permitted if stored in garages. Rainberry Bay is in a great location - it's very close to I-95, and is only a few miles from the beach, and thrilling Downtown Delray.
